About the Role

We are searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our growing QA team. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 year of experience in the IT industry looking to expand their skills and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into clear and concise test cases.
• Conduct manual testing across various functionalities of the software application.
• Design and execute test plans using different testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, exploratory testing).
• Identify, reproduce, and report bugs using a bug tracking system.
• Can perform regression testing
• And should also have knowledge on Demo API creation for testing
• Need to address the client for bug fixing
• Also knowledge on server handling for testing propose
• Participate in code reviews to identify potential defects early in the development process.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest software testing tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in software testing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SQL queries is a plus.
