  Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract diverse talent within the manufacturing industry.

  Design and implement training and development programs promoting cross-functional skills enhancement and mutual understanding.

  Manage employee relations, ensuring a cohesive and inclusive work environment for all staff.

  Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies applicable to both sets of employees.

  Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives and promote a unified company culture.

  Analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities for improved synergy and efficiency between diverse employee groups.


  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  Proven experience 3+ years as an HR Manager in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

  Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

  Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

  Strategic thinking with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
