• Provide comprehensive HR support to all employees
• Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files
• Administer benefits, including health insurance, Over-time plans, and paid time off &
• Process payroll and handle payroll deductions
• Answer employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues
• Prepare and maintain HR reports
• Comply with employment laws and regulations
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes for ECE/MECH Design Engineer
• Strong organizational and employee management skills
• Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in HR administration or a related field
