Job Overview

Geeksynergy Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and generate leads for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, email marketing, and content marketing
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Manage and update company website, including content creation, landing page development, and website optimization
• Generate leads based on Digital Marketing - Email, Linkedin & other medium
• Interact with clients through cold calling, email communication and other available options
• Attend IT events to network with clients
• Setup meeting with clients, introduce company's product and services to clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Track and report on key performance metrics, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
