Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled 3D Artist with expertise in architectural modeling and animation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating detailed 3D architectural models from CAD drawings or product designs and animating them to produce walkthroughs and visualizations. Proficiency in 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, and Lumion software is required.

Responsibilities:

·      Interpret CAD drawings or product designs and translate them into accurate and visually appealing 3D architectural models using 3ds Max, Blender, or other relevant software.

·      Create realistic textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the quality of architectural models and ensure they accurately represent the intended designs.

·      Utilize V-Ray and other rendering software to produce high-quality renderings of architectural models with a focus on realism and detail.

·      Develop animations and walkthroughs of architectural models using 3D animation techniques to showcase design concepts, highlight key features, and provide a realistic sense of space and scale.

·      Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

·      Optimize 3D models and animations for performance and efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in architectural visualization and animation techniques.

·      Work closely with clients to incorporate feedback and revisions throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field.

·      Proven experience as a 3D artist with a focus on architectural modeling and animation, preferably in an architectural visualization studio or similar environment.

·      Proficiency in 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, and Lumion software for architectural modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.

·      Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of architectural modeling projects, animations, and walkthroughs.

·      Excellent understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and spatial relationships.

·      Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately interpret CAD drawings and translate them into 3D models.

·      Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for pushing the boundaries of architectural visualization.

·      Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team environment and interact with clients and stakeholders.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
