Role: Bench Sales Recruiter (Day shift)

Experience: 3-10 years 

Job Location: Onsite, DBS Building, Cunningum road, Bengaluru, KA

Office Time: 10.00 AM to 6 PM IST (Day shift)

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
• Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, google search strings.
• Requirement gathering as per the candidates’ skill set on the resume through different job portal/ social networking site. (Naukri, google, indeed, monster, and linkedin etc..)
• Expert in Bench Sales and proficient in Marketing our bench students.
• Decision making skills; whether the candidate is good match for the req/ not.
• Resume building.
• Must have expertise to take mock calls and to mentor our bench sales consultants. And get them ready for the interview.
• Should be good with client interactions.
• Candidate should have target oriented, confident and positive attitude to handle the things.
• Good with reporting to manager and problem solver.
• Good communication skills.

Good to have:

Understanding on Data science/ machine learning/ analytics/ python/ java

Brief: Since we are into edutech platform, you should be able to fill the gap between client and our bench candidate. Gathering requirement from different sources and coach the candidate, building the resume, submitting to client and setting up interview.

Good negotiations skills on salary.

Track all day activity to report to manager.
