Summary: The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a spa or wellness center or treatment section, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth functioning of all spa-related activities. This role involves supervising spa staff, managing schedules, coordinating treatments, maintaining facility standards, and creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment for guests. This position works under the Guidance/Supervision of RMO and wellness manager and reports to CMO.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in spa management, hospitality, or a related field with minimum5yearsofexperience in Spa/Wellness as therapist is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and industry trends.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage schedules, appointments, and operational tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using spa management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Business acumen and ability to contribute to sales and revenue generation.
