Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Executives. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be determined based on experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
• Present, promote, and sell our products and services to existing and prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and reports
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events to stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, issues, and competitive activities
