Roles and Responsibilities:
The JD can be wider in scope based on how much the candidate can bite and chew, but shall
broadly be as under:
Identify cost-effective sources of recruitment.
Ensure positions are closed without paid external agencies.
Collaborate with the team head to understand the job requirements.
Ensure the Talent Management Tracker is updated with complete details.
Ensure the manpower requisitions are documented and approved.
Identify the job-specified talent for all the Labs of GD as per the timeline.
Create a database of resumes for all the positions on the official server, folders, and shared drive.
Create a pipeline for all the current and future positions of the Lab.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities for better market insights.
Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Monitor Lab Operations for all the locations/ as assigned.
Ensure Discipline and Integrity are kept at times.
Accountability
Timely and cost-effective recruitment
Institution Tie Ups (Job Fairs / Colleges etc)
Training the subordinates and junior team members
Working in coordination with the VP of lab Operations, Lab Manager, Sales Team Leads , VP, and AVP of HR.
Query handling as per GD guidelines, policies, and processes.
Task deliverables are given by the department head from time to time.
Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
To behave responsibly and maturely
To display the GD value system at all time
Offer the best possible candidate experience in coordination with the respective HODs and HR Head
Timely coordination for all the interviews
Managing transfers and replacement coordination
End to End recruitment coordination with the Manager HR – Region and Head of HR
Keeping in touch with the candidates until their joining
Handover to the Onboarding team on the day of the joining date.
Maintain accurate reports and MIS daily.
Monitor Lab Operations for all the locations as assigned.
Ensure Discipline and Integrity are kept at times.
Report Critical incidents and mediate a win-win situation.
Training the teams and inducting the new joiner/s
Administration of the Lab
Coordination with Manager HR Region / HO – HR Team leads and Heads.
Update reports MIS and HR reports
End to End Talent Management (hire to retire) in coordination and approval from HO
Support in new Lab setup and expansion plans of the organization
Resource Optimization
Manage Payroll Inputs and Attendance accurately and diligently.
Implement HR process.
Always maintain NABL-compliant documentation.
