Job Overview


We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team at GENERAL DIAGNOSTICS INTERNATIONAL. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare diagnostic products in the Lucknow District, Uttar Pradesh region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a background in the pharma industry, we want to hear from you!


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the pharma industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to submit accurate and timely sales reports


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell GENERAL DIAGNOSTICS INTERNATIONAL's healthcare diagnostic products to potential customers in the Lucknow District, Uttar Pradesh region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and demonstrating our products
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials
