Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team at GENERAL DIAGNOSTICS INTERNATIONAL. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting our diagnostic services to medical professionals and healthcare facilities. This is a junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare market
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and healthcare facilities
  • Promote and sell GD's diagnostic services to potential clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting GD's products and services
  • Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of GD's diagnostic solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
