Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and services using Node.js and Python.
• Develop and implement AI/ML models, focusing on LLM, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Build and maintain greenfield CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and operations.
• Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the backend infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Python.
• Strong experience with AI/ML technologies, including LLM, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Solid experience in DevOps, particularly with greenfield CI/CD pipeline setups.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Graph DBs, especially Neo4J.
• Familiarity with additional backend technologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure.
• Experience in the financial or fintech industry.
