Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or BFSI sector
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of home loan sales and banking sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
