Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic travel advisory services to customers
• Recommend and sell travel packages, including GDeals and FIT Bookings
• Assist customers in booking flights and resolving travel-related queries
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's customer base
• Rotational Shift (24/7 for Males), And Day shift for Female Candidates.(5 am- 10 pm)
• Fluent English speaking is a must.
• Inbound Voice Process.
