Gatisofttech is a five days working software company in Surat city. We are developing solutions in PHP Laravel, Asp.net, iOS and Android since 2002.

Technical Support

Female Candidates has to give support from Office via, Telephone, Chat and Email.

Male Candidates while for Client Locations help and software implementation.

Software training will be provided.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to the clients via different modes i.e. telephonic, chat, Email etc. (male/Female)
• Providing On-site technical support to the customers. (Male)
• Majorly handle the software support calls from the clients.
• Understand, Discuss and solve client queries or issues.
• Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit.
• Take remote desktop using any desk and help to solve software queries.
• Good knowledge of Report Designing in Data report is an added advantage.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of Computer Applications and software's
• Troubleshooting, software and Windows OS configuration.
• Candidate must be good with Gujarati, Hindi and English communication skills along with pleasing personality.

Candidates with Software or IT background only apply.
