Female Candidate has to give support from Office via, Telephone, Chat and Email.

Male Candidate Job Role is different then in-house support. Please check other job post for more details.

Primary Job

· Providing technical support to the clients via different modes i.e. telephonic, chat, Email etc.

· Majorly handle the software support calls from the clients.

· Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit.

· Take remote desktop using any desk and help to solve software queries.

· Good knowledge of Report Designing in Data report is an added advantage.

· Software training will be provided.

· Skills

· Basic knowledge of Computer Applications and software's

· Troubleshooting, software and Windows OS configuration.

· Candidate must be good with Gujarati, Hindi and English communication skills along with pleasing personality.
