We are Hiring Sales Manager's for HYDERABAD, BANGLORE, DELHI, MUMBAI, PUNE.

 

Franchise Expansion & B2B / B2C.

Client Acquisition & Contract signup for INTERNATIONAL Courier Services.

 

Duties & Responsibilities of Sales Manager

 

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction & managing quality of product & outstanding service delivery.

 

  • Sales &/or marketing experience in a retail environment, establishing relationships & Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS word & excel a plus.
  • Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Maintain sales activity records & Submit reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability to multi-task.
  • Ability & willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends & holidays.
  • Respond to sales inquiries & concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
  • Generate & qualify leads by Sourcing & developing client referrals
  • Prepare sales action plans, strategies & conduct direct marketing activities
  • Presentations of company products & services to Potential clients for better service understanding.
  • Participate in sales events to carry out market research & surveys.
  • Make sales calls to new, existing clients & maintain a customer database.
  • Monitor & report on sales activities & follow up for management for Contract signups.
  • Monitor competitors market conditions & prepare suggestions for product development.
  • Negotiate with clients & develop sales proposals. Assist in the training & development.
  • Prepare & Execute sales contracts & conduct proper product training.
  • Objection Handling Skills & provide information to customers on procedures & policies.
  • Perform quality checks on product & service delivery to notice & respond to safety issues.
  • Actively participate in daily huddle meetings. Create awareness of all promotions & advertisements.
  • Tactfully & pleasantly deal with customers. Ensure customer service satisfaction & good client relationships & follow up on sales activity
