JD for Quality Control Engineer [MIVAN EXPERIENCE IS MANDATE]

The Quality Control Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction projects undertaken by the company. This position involves performing inspections, tests, and analyses of construction materials, workmanship, and processes to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control processes and procedures for construction projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks at various stages of construction to identify and address issues related to workmanship, materials, and safety
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, inspection results, and non-conformance reports. Prepare reports and documentation for management and clients as required.
• Collaborate with procurement and quality control managers to evaluate and approve suppliers and subcontractors based on quality and performance criteria.
• Provide training and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and other staff members on quality standards, best practices, and safety protocols.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformances promptly.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers, materials, and sub-contractors based on quality and performance criteria. Monitor and assess their ongoing performance.

Qualification: B. Tech/ B. E Civil

Experience: 3 years minimum and maximum 7 years of experience with MIVAN Shuttering experience.
