Quality Control Engineer (High Rise Building - Mivan/Aluminium Shuttering)

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Control Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) with a strong focus on high-rise building construction using Mivan or aluminium shuttering technology. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for high-rise building construction using Mivan or aluminium shuttering.

Monitor all construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Conduct regular inspections and tests of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Identify and report any non-compliance issues and work with project teams to resolve them promptly.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality control activities, test results, and inspection reports.

Prepare comprehensive documentation for client and regulatory requirements.

Provide training and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors on quality control procedures.

Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with safety personnel to ensure that construction activities are carried out safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
