JD for Post-Sale CRM assistant [female candidates are preferred]

We are seeking a post-sale CRM Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Real Estate Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate processes and a proven track record of managing post-sale customer relationships effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

·        Address client issues, concerns, or complaints related to their real estate transactions promptly and effectively

·        Collaborate with the sales professionals and teams to resolve client problems

·        Update and maintain accurate client records

·        Ensure data integrity and completeness for client information

Qualification

·        Bachelor's degree is a mandate

·        Minimum 1 year of experience in the given designation is a must

·        Strong knowledge of real estate processes, market trends, and product types.

·        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·         Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Salary: Max 30K P/M
