CRM Assistant – Real Estate
We are seeking an experienced CRM Assistant with a minimum of 2 years in Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless post-sales experience for clients, addressing documentation needs, and providing assistance with any inquiries or concerns related to the flats purchased. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction beyond the point of sale.
Responsibilities
§ Assist clients with the completion of post-sales documentation
§ Ensure all required paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
§ Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals and signatures
§ Address client inquiries and concerns related to their property purchase.
§ Provide regular updates on the status of documentation and other post-sales processes
Qualification Bachelor's degree from any stream
Requirement
§ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate post-sales CRM.
§ Strong understanding of post-sales processes and documentation requirements in the real estate industry.
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
§ Ability to handle and resolve client concerns effectively.
Salary Max 30K P/M
