We are hiring a Sales Officer to join our team at Garden's Need Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our garden products. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in distributor and dealer sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Good understanding of primary sales and field work
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows
• Proficiency in local languages and English

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Garden's Need products to potential customers
• Contact and visit distributors and dealers to ensure effective product placement
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase Garden's Need products.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
