We are seeking a dynamic and talented International Sales Executive/Export Executive to join our team at Garden's Need Pvt Ltd. As an International Sales Executive/Export Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products to international clients. This is a full-time position based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in international sales or export operations
• MBA in International Sales & Marketing required.
• Strong knowledge of export operations and international business development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
• Good understanding of operations management & MS Office.
• Knowledge of export documentation and compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally when required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential international customers and develop new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations
• Handle export documentation and compliance requirements
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
