Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential Customers, Dealers & Distributors.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences with the base location Guwahati.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Visit the relevant market to promote the products

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a plastic industry or role
• Able to speak and understand local language of East region of India.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Drive for results and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
