Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our Interior Furniture division. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets through effective strategy and execution.
- Product knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of interior furniture products and market trends.
- Retail operations (Mandatory skill): Experience managing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, including staffing and inventory.
- Visual merchandising: Ability to design and execute attractive store layouts that enhance the customer experience.
- Inventory management: Proficiency in managing stock levels, order accuracy, and minimizing wastage.
- Customer service: Exceptional skills in creating a positive, welcoming environment for customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate, guide, and develop the sales team, fostering a productive work environment.
- Vendor management: Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and streamline procurement processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, including product displays and overall store aesthetics.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and ensuring accurate records.
