Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Footwear Apparel division in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service standards.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in retail management with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Expertise in Retail Management Software (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in Inventory Management processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to build lasting customer relations (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) Systems for efficient sales transactions.
  • Capability in Visual Merchandising to enhance store display and increase sales performance.
  • Skillful in Sales Forecasting to plan and meet sales targets effectively.
  • Adept in Employee Training and Development to enhance team performance and productivity.
