Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Sr Accountant based in Hyderabad to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This is a Full-Time position requiring a work experience of 4 to 6 years in the accounting domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting principles and will contribute to the financial integrity of the organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Account Reconciliation (Mandatory skill) is essential for ensuring financial records are accurate and align with bank statements and ledgers.
  • GST (Mandatory skill) expertise to manage and oversee the company's GST regulations and requirements effectively.
  • TDS (Mandatory skill) proficiency for the accurate calculation and compliance of tax deduction at source.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting to prepare accurate financial statements and reflect the company’s financial position.
  • Knowledge in Tax Preparation to assist in preparing and reviewing tax returns.
  • Audit Compliance skills to ensure the company adheres to legal and internal audit standards.
  • Understanding of GAAP Knowledge to maintain consistent financial reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems to streamline and enhance the financial management processes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial documents as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Manage and perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Oversee the company’s GST and TDS compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Maintain an effective system of internal controls to safeguard the company’s financial assets.
