We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time, mid-level position.

• Exceptional culinary creativity (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in menu planning to offer a variety of dishes (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in food presentation to ensure dishes are appealing (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations.
• Develop and test new recipes for the continental menu.
• Ensure the timely and efficient preparation of meals during service hours.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to high standards.
• Monitor food inventory and place orders to ensure each ingredient is fresh and stocked.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization according to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback related to food quality and menu options.
