Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef CDP in Pastry to join our culinary team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in pastries and baking.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in baking (Mandatory skill) with a minimum of 4 years in the pastry section.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pastry making (Mandatory skill) with both classic and contemporary techniques.
  • Experience in menu development (Mandatory skill) for dessert offerings, ensuring innovation and seasonal variety.
  • Strong food presentation skills to ensure visually appealing and high-quality presentation.
  • Experience in kitchen management to maintain an organized, efficient, and hygienic working environment.
  • Comprehensive ingredient knowledge to select the best foods and supplies.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Effective team leadership to mentor and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and morale.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee pastry production and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained consistently.
  • Develop and refine menus with innovative and seasonal dessert offerings.
  • Coordinate kitchen activities for timely and quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
