Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Customer Support professional to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and customer support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Social media management (Mandatory skill): Proficient in handling various social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Communication skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with customers.
• Instagram sales (Mandatory skill): Hands-on experience in using Instagram as a sales channel.
• Customer relationship management (CRM): Ability to effectively manage and nurture relationships with customers.
• Content creation: Skills in creating engaging and relevant content to share on social media platforms.
• Community engagement: Experience in building and maintaining a vibrant, engaged online community.
• Marketing strategy: Knowledge of creating and implementing effective social media marketing strategies.
• Analytics: Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for better performance.
