Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Shell Distribution Sales Representative to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad and Kurnool. The applicant should possess a work experience of up to 6 years, focusing on expanding the presence and sales of Shell products within the assigned territory.
Qualifications and Skills

- Retail Fuel Market Knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of the retail fuel industry, including current trends and key players, is required.
- Shell dsr (Mandatory skill): Prior experience with Shell distribution sales representative role, ensuring familiarity with specific protocols and targets.
- Territory Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the assigned territory.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients and partners.
- Salesforce: Proficiency in using Salesforce for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective client interactions and presentations.
- Ability to work independently: Self-starter who is capable of working efficiently without extensive supervision.
