Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect with a B. Arch degree for a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will play a crucial role in our architectural projects. The successful candidate should possess strong expertise in architectural design, building codes knowledge, and construction materials knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills

• Architectural design (Mandatory skill) - Demonstrated experience in creating innovative architectural designs that meet client requirements.
• Building codes knowledge (Mandatory skill) - In-depth understanding of local and national building codes and regulations.
• Construction materials knowledge (Mandatory skill) - Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials and their applications in various projects.
• Project management - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• AutoCAD proficiency - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and designing architectural plans.
