Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect (B Arch) to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in architectural design and project management to elevate our projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Architectural design (Mandatory skill)
• Building codes knowledge (Mandatory skill)
• AutoCAD proficiency (Mandatory skill)
• Project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials and their application in architectural projects
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
• Problem-solving skills to address any project complications
• Team leadership experience to manage and guide junior architects and other team members

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with building codes
• Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
• Oversee the progress of projects, managing timelines and resources efficiently
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Conduct site visits to inspect work and ensure adherence to architectural plans
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients
• Assist in the estimation of project costs and create budgets
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and interns
