Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Architect with a B.Arch degree to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in architecture. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs, managing projects, and providing technical guidance to the team. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Arch degree from a recognized university
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, including detailed drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements
• Create and present design proposals, incorporating client feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and troubleshoot any issues
