Job Overview
We are looking for a junior-level Sales Person to join our retail team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience. As a Sales Person in our retail division, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales, and ensuring a satisfying shopping experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Exceptional ability to interact with customers and provide outstanding service
- Sales Techniques (Mandatory skill): Strong proficiency in various sales techniques to drive revenue and close deals
- Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the products being sold to effectively answer questions and recommend solutions
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with customers and suppliers to obtain the best deals and meet sales targets
- Retail Operations: Knowledge of day-to-day retail operations including inventory management, cashiering, and stocking
- Merchandising: Skill in displaying products in an appealing manner to attract customers and promote sales

- Process sales transactions efficiently using the cash register and handle returns and exchanges when necessary
- Achieve sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and upselling when appropriate
- Stay updated on current promotions, products, and sales techniques to continuously improve sales skills
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and conduct regular inventory checks
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
