Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Sales Manager for our Lubricants division, based in Hyderabad. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in lubricant sales and related areas. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving lubricant sales initiatives, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in lubricant sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong background in Automotive Engineering (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in Industrial sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Repair and related problem-solving techniques.
  • Understanding of Electrical Systems and their application in automotive industries.
  • Familiarity with Automotive Technology trends and developments.
  • Competence in Hybrid Vehicle Systems and their operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and close sales deals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive lubricant sales in the automotive and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the designated market.
