Job Overview
Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Sales Manager for our Lubricants division, based in Hyderabad. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in lubricant sales and related areas. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving lubricant sales initiatives, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in lubricant sales (Mandatory skill).
- Strong background in Automotive Engineering (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in Industrial sales (Mandatory skill).
- Knowledge of Mechanical Repair and related problem-solving techniques.
- Understanding of Electrical Systems and their application in automotive industries.
- Familiarity with Automotive Technology trends and developments.
- Competence in Hybrid Vehicle Systems and their operational requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and close sales deals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive lubricant sales in the automotive and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the designated market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Provide technical support and product training to clients to ensure proper usage and application of lubricants.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products and network with potential customers.
