Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Interiors division, based in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of pertinent experience. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in driving sales success and expanding our market presence within the interiors sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in B2B Sales Techniques with a solid track record of achieving targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and converting prospects into clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and maintain cordial client relations (Mandatory skill).
  • Experienced in using CRM software to manage client relationships and streamline sales processes.
  • Ability to manage strategic accounts and nurture long-term partnerships for sustained revenue.
  • Knowledge of interior design software to better understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting techniques to predict future sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
