Job Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Sales Manager with a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The position is full-time and primarily based across various locations including Delhi, Amod, Badhni Kalan, Aroor, Barwadih, Ahraura, and Adawad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in field marketing and industrial sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with market research to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong background as a sales manager with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experienced in renewable sales, understanding the market dynamics and customer preferences in this sector.
  • Field marketing (Mandatory skill) with a hands-on approach to engaging with customers directly and promoting products.
  • Industrial sales (Mandatory skill) to manage large-scale sales operations within industrial sectors.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools to monitor and analyze sales performance.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
