Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive with expertise in UPS Batteries to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position ideally suited for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales. The selected candidate will manage and cultivate customer relationships, drive sales, and enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in sales.
- Strong sales acumen with practical knowledge of the sales process (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships effectively (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth product knowledge, especially in UPS Batteries (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals successfully and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enhancing client and team interactions.
- Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Basic technical understanding of UPS batteries for informed sales pitches and consultations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to introduce UPS battery products and services.
- Maintain and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Reach sales targets and goals set for the designated area by the sales manager.
