Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive with expertise in UPS Batteries to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position ideally suited for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales. The selected candidate will manage and cultivate customer relationships, drive sales, and enhance product knowledge.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong sales acumen with practical knowledge of the sales process (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth product knowledge, especially in UPS Batteries (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals successfully and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enhancing client and team interactions.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Basic technical understanding of UPS batteries for informed sales pitches and consultations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients to introduce UPS battery products and services.
  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Reach sales targets and goals set for the designated area by the sales manager.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to offer effective solutions to customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the development team for potential improvements and innovations.
