Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Executive specializing in the FMCG sector to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques applicable to the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within assigned regions when necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the FMCG sector.
- Identify and engage with new clients and business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, detailing progress and challenges.
