Job Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Retail Store Manager to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, focused on managing retail operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive customer service experience with a proven track record in resolving customer issues and complaints (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in sales management, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team to meet and exceed targets (Mandatory skill)
• Strong vendor management skills, including negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in visual merchandising, including setting up eye-catching displays and optimizing store layout
• Experience in inventory management, including stock control, loss prevention, and ordering processes
• Leadership abilities to manage and mentor a team, encouraging professional growth and maintaining high team morale
• Sound understanding of budgeting processes, including forecasting sales and managing expenses

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to boost store performance
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing new suppliers and negotiating contracts
• Ensure the store is optimally stocked, managing inventory levels and reordering stock when necessary
• Set up and maintain attractive visual displays that align with store branding and appeal to customers
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports to share with senior management
• Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty
