Job Overview
We seek a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager for a mid-level position at our Hyderabad location. This full-time role requires a professional passionate about driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective team management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) Systems to ensure seamless transaction processing and enhanced customer experience (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to foster customer loyalty and tailor services to client needs (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of Food Safety Regulations to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of restaurant hygiene (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with Inventory Management Software to oversee stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure availability of necessary supplies.
- Skilled in Staff Scheduling Software to efficiently manage work shifts and guarantee adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Strong cost control techniques to optimize resources, minimize expenses, and increase profitability without compromising quality.
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve issues among staff and with customers amicably and professionally.
- Proficient in vendor management to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely supply of quality goods and services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company service standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers while maintaining relationships with existing patrons.
- Monitor financial performance to meet budgetary goals and prepare reports on restaurant performance metrics.
- Manage and motivate the restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high employee satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a positive reputation and ensure repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to safeguard the restaurant's operational license and reputation.
- Train and develop staff skills to uphold service quality and prepare them for future roles.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of essential materials.
