Job Overview


We are looking for a Restaurant Head to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As the Restaurant Head, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing the restaurant staff, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, with at least 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including customer service, food safety, and inventory management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and suppliers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service, and quality
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's profitability and efficiency
  • Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards
  • Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality
  • Handle staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and scheduling of employees
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to design and update the menu, ensuring variety and freshness
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing and quality
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes to continuously improve the restaurant's offerings
