- POS Systems: Proficient in operating Point of Sale systems to process orders and manage transactions seamlessly.
- Conflict Resolution: Excellent problem-solving skills to manage and resolve disputes effectively.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Beverage Service: Knowledgeable in serving various beverages while maintaining high standards of service.
- Wine Pairing: Understanding of wine pairing to enhance customer dining experiences through informed recommendations.
Roles and Responsibilities
