Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Civil Construction to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in civil construction.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including timeline, budget, resources, and quality control.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
- Manage and supervise construction teams, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing their performance.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction work and provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in civil construction.
