Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Production Manager for the Laminate Industry at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time role, requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations in manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and effective process management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years as a Production Manager in the laminate or similar manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques to optimize both cost and efficiency in production processes (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of supply chain management to streamline operations and reduce waste (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent logistics management skills to ensure timely delivery of products and effective inventory management (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies for improving operational performance by reducing variance and defects.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems to manage and optimize business processes across the organization.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies which enhance adaptability and swift responses to changes in demand.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 standards to ensure production processes comply with quality management expectations.
• Skilled in quality assurance to sustain production consistency and meet client and business standards.
