Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Post Order Executive to join our team in Hyderabad on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in order processing, inventory management, and communication. This role involves overseeing post-order activities to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in order processing (Mandatory skill) with the ability to manage and track orders effectively.
- Strong skills in inventory management (Mandatory skill) to ensure stock levels are accurate and up to date.
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Exceptional customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy to maintain detailed records of orders and inventory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues swiftly.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors in the process.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire post-order process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm order details, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
