Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Post Order Executive to join our team in Hyderabad on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in order processing, inventory management, and communication. This role involves overseeing post-order activities to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in order processing (Mandatory skill) with the ability to manage and track orders effectively.
• Strong skills in inventory management (Mandatory skill) to ensure stock levels are accurate and up to date.
• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Exceptional customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Proficient in data entry with high accuracy to maintain detailed records of orders and inventory.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues swiftly.
