Job Overview
Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive for our Spare Parts Lubricants division, located in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in lubricant sales, spare part sales, and automotive sales. In this role, you will engage in various marketing activities to drive business growth and manage customer relationships efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in lubricant sales, spare part sales, and automotive sales (Mandatory skills), essential for driving business initiatives.
- Solid understanding of market research techniques, able to analyze and interpret market data effectively.
- In-depth product knowledge related to lubricants and spare parts, crucial for promoting new and existing products.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities, focused on building and nurturing long-term customer engagements.
- Experience with sales promotion strategies, designed to increase product visibility and sales volume.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, necessary for successful interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrating initiative and leadership when required.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to address challenges creatively and efficiently to meet sales targets.
