Job Overview

This position is for a Management Trainee - B School at Gamut HR Solutions. We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of HR practices and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs
• Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct research and analysis on various HR topics
• Assist with HR documentation and record-keeping
• Support in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
