Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in accounting. The candidate will handle various accounting tasks and work closely with our senior accountants to ensure the financial health of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in bookkeeping (Mandatory skill)
• Experience managing accounts payable (Mandatory skill)
• Experience managing accounts receivable (Mandatory skill)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting techniques
• Proficiency in account reconciliation practices
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and decision making

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Handle accounts payable processes including invoice verification and payment processing
• Manage accounts receivable ensuring timely collection of dues from clients
• Prepare and submit financial reports to senior accountants and management
• Reconcile bank statements with company records for accuracy
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls and procedures
• Support the senior accountants in auditing processes and financial reviews
